Warranty - 12 months
As of April 1, 2020, we have a 12-month factory warranty on all of Lyckegård’s own machines – Combcut, Kvickfinn, Crimperroller and Cameleon. The warranty does not apply to moving parts and wear parts, except if manufacturing or material defects can be identified.
In accordance with general terms and conditions, we will agree to repair the machine during the warranty period if it shows defects and inaccuracies under normal working conditions and instructions. When claiming the warranty, you need to notify us as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after the defect has been detected. However, the warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and deterioration. We are also not responsible for errors that occur as a result of handling the machine.
The warranty becomes void if item ownership or possession is transferred from the buyer or if the machine is leased to third parties.
Warranty matters relating to Treffler, Köckerling and Bionalan we refer to the respective manufacturers.
