Privacy Policy

On 25 May 2018, the Data Protection Act GDPR entered into law throughout Europe. GDPR means General Data Protection Regulation, or in the Swedish General Data Protection Regulation. In other words, it means new rules regarding how personal data is handled. Therefore, we would like to inform you, as a customer, about the type of information about you and your company that is stored in our systems.

Your information such as name, email address, address, telephone number and company registration number are safely stored in our company systems. Our information is stored as a result of filling out a form or purchasing a product. Safe custody means that Lyckegård is the only one who can access the system using personal passwords. In other words, your data is never disseminated outside of our company.

If you want to know what information has been saved about you/your company, that’s fine. If you want to have your data corrected or removed, it is also fine as long as it does not conflict with other rules and laws. Therefore, in order to ensure the processing of your data, the data is sent out by registered letter. Should your request be manifestly unfounded or unreasonable, we have the right to charge a reasonable fee to cover the handling costs. Then contact us at info@lyckegard.com and formulate your case or question.

If you as an existing customer or company have not chosen to have your/company’s information removed from our systems, you agree that our GDPR information has reached you.
