“We are very pleased with this acquisition and are very much looking forward to the continuing the journey together with Gothia’s employees,” says Lyckegård’s CEO Christian Bjärntoft. The business will remain in Fornåsa with all employees including the company’s founder himself, Lars Askling.
“We look forward to growing together with Lyckegård. The products fit well together and together it gives us a better offer towards our customers,” says Lars Askling. The deal is expected to be completed in mid-March 2021.
