With this strategic acquisition Lyckegård aims to become a strong sales and market organization with direct sales in Sweden and Finland to better support our customer with knowledge and devices for sustainable agricultural strategies.
BT Agro Oy was founded by Boris Lindgård and Tom Hellström and until now BT Agro has been Lyckegård´s partner in Finland and distributor of Combcut and Kvickfinn. Through the acquisition of BT Agro, Lyckegård will also, through the subsidiary company, become the selling agent of amongst other Einböck and Köckerling in Finland.

By establishing a strong direct selling organization, we can have a closer and better conversation with potential customer”, says Christian Bjärntoft, CEO Lyckegård Group. “We are extremely happy to have finalized this deal with the owners Tom Hellström and Boris Lindgård. They will continue to work in the joint group together with other employees at BT Agro. Now we will be able to use our common resources even better!”
In connection with the acquisition, Lyckegård also relocates its head quarter from Karlskrona to Trollebergs Gård in Staffanstorp just outside Malmo. Here the group will gather central functions such as a marketing, finance and administration.
